About Jon Desso
Jon was a great friend and a remarkable person. He loved the outdoors, his Jeep, playing basketball, going to concerts, and attending UGA football games. At 6'8", friends say he needed that large frame to contain such a large heart. Jon Desso, son of Robert and Jane Desso, lived in Watkinsville, GA, where he graduated high school from Prince Ave. Christian School and went on to attend the University of Georgia.
Jon loved the beach, fishing and Jimmy Buffet. Tragically, his life was cut short on November 3, 2004. This foundation honors Jon's memory by providing financial assistance to students at Prince Ave. Christian School.
